Return Policy

Blue Monster Prep offers a 30 Day return policy on all orders

Please contact Blue Monster Prep if not completely satisfied with a product for any reason. Blue Monster Prep will promptly provide an exchange or refund if the product is returned within 30 days from the date of purchase, in its unopened original packaging, with no evidence of use.

Blue Monster Prep will not accept any return that is over 30 days from the date of purchase. All returns are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee. Shipping charges will not be refunded. If the purchase was made with a credit card, your refund will be applied to that card. If the purchase was made with a check or money order, your refund check will be issued within 15 days of receipt of the returned merchandise.

If your product is NOT returned in its original condition, unopened, or with any evidence of use, the item will be shipped back to you. The customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges if Blue Monster Prep has to ship an unauthorized return back to the customer.

 

If a product was damaged during shipment, please contact Blue Monster Prep immediately

The customer will be responsible for any shipping charges due to shipping damage if they do not report the damage to Blue Monster Prep within 72 business hours. The customer must email customerservice@BlueMonsterPrep.com and include the order number, a detailed description, and if available, photo(s) of the damage. 

 

All returns MUST first be issued a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) from Blue Monster Prep in order to qualify for a refund

All requests for RMA’s must be emailed to customerservice@BlueMonsterPrep.com The customer must reference their order number in the email, and include the order date, a description of the item(s) being returned, and reason for the return. We will reply to requests for RMA within 72 business hours, which will include return shipping instructions.  

Non-Returnable items include any closeout, special order, custom products, or items past their marked expiration date. Only defective products or customization mistakes in the non-returnable categories listed above are returnable.

For products returned for a size or style exchange, the customer is responsible for the return and exchange shipping fees. We recommend that you use a shipment tracking method and insure products you plan to return, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged products during the return shipment.

The cost of shipping returned items are the responsibility of the customer. All returned items must be in their unopened original packaging, with no evidence of use. The RMA number issued by Blue Monster Prep MUST be clearly written on the outside of every returned package.  

Any returns that do not adhere to Blue Monster Prep’s Return Policy are considered an unauthorized return. The customer agrees that in accordance with the aforementioned Return Policy, Blue Monster Prep has the sole discretion to accept the return and issue a refund to the customer. There is no guarantee that Blue Monster Prep will accept the return if the Return Policy procedures were not followed.

Products that are past their marked expiration date may NOT be returned or exchanged for similar non-expired items

Blue Monster Prep makes every effort to ensure that all products are shipped with the longest possible expiration dates available and that you will receive the longest shelf life possible on all products ordered. Items such as food, emergency drinking water, batteries, medical devices, burn dressings, chest seals, and various other medical products have a specific shelf life that is indicated with an expiration date from the manufacturer. The customer agrees that Blue Monster Prep will not be responsible to replace the product once the shelf life has expired.

 

Product Warranties

Products that have been used by the customer and are thought to be defective fall under the manufacturer’s warranty, if there is one available. The product will need to be returned to the manufacturer for evaluation. The decision to repair the product, replace it, or issue a refund will be at the discretion of the manufacturer based on the results of their evaluation. Any concerns regarding warranty issues must be emailed to customerservice@BlueMonsterPrep.com
