How long will it take to receive my order?

Most orders usually ship within 1-3 business days. If an item is on backorder, it will be shipped as soon as it is available in stock. Order fulfillment times do not include actual shipping transit times, which may vary based on your location.

 

What are your business hours?

Do you have a minimum order?

No, Blue Monster Prep does not have a minimum order amount. We value you as a customer, no matter how big or small!

 

Will I be charged sales tax?

All orders shipped to customers in the state of Texas will be subject to a 8.25% sales tax, unless the customer provides a Tax Exempt Certificate. Blue Monster Prep does not collect sales tax on any orders shipped outside the state of Texas.   

 

How do I set up an account with Blue Monster Prep?

If you are a government agency, fire or police department, hospital, municipality, school district, or university, your orders will qualify for Net 30 Terms, or you can also pay with a credit card at the time you place an order. Private ambulances and for-profit businesses can apply for Net 30 Terms by submitting a Credit Application form. Please allow 7 – 10 business days for processing credit applications.

All orders for individuals must be paid in full in advance including shipping charges and state tax where applicable. Payment by check, money order or credit card is accepted.

 

How do I request a Quote?

All requests for quote(s) should include the following information:

  • Organization Name

How will I know that you received my order?

When we receive your order via email or fax, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order.

When you order online at www.bluemonsterprep.com after you complete the checkout process, a receipt will appear on your screen with your final order information including shipping charges, your billing address, and the items that are being sent to your shipping address. Please keep this receipt for your reference.

You will also receive an order confirmation via e-mail. Please be sure to enter your e-mail address correctly on the order form so that we can deliver your order confirmation to you.

 

Is my personal information safe?

Blue Monster Prep values and protects the privacy of our customers. We take every precaution and follow best practices to ensure that your privacy is protected. Our site uses secure socket layer technology (SSL) and an AES-256 encryption to protect all personal information during the checkout process.

 

Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico?

Blue Monster Prep is not able to process online orders for Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Please contact us directly to obtain a shipping quote and/or place an order.

 

Do you ship to U.S. Military Bases Overseas?

Please contact Blue Monster Prep directly to obtain a shipping quote and/or place an order. Expedited shipping is not available for U.S. Military Bases overseas.

 

Do you ship to Canada?

Please contact Blue Monster Prep directly to obtain a shipping quote and/or place an order. Customers shall be responsible for any and all taxes, licenses, duties, tariffs, permits or governmental authorizations that may be required for the exportation and importation of products to Canada. Please see our Shipping Costs & Terms for more information.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Blue Monster Prep does not ship to countries outside the United States or Canada.

 

How do I return an item?

Please contact Blue Monster Prep if not completely satisfied with a product for any reason. Blue Monster Prep will promptly provide an exchange or refund if the product is returned within 30 days from the date of purchase, in its unopened original packaging, with no evidence of use.

Blue Monster Prep will not accept any return that is over 30 days from the date of purchase. All returns are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

Prior to returning any item, please email customerservice@bluemonsterprep.com to obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Please reference you order number in the email, and include the order date, a description of the item(s) being returned, and reason for the return. We will reply to requests for RMA within 72 business hours, which will include return shipping instructions.  

The cost of shipping returned items are the responsibility of the customer. All returned items must be in their unopened original packaging, with no evidence of use. The RMA number issued by Blue Monster Prep MUST be clearly written on the outside of every returned package.  Please see our Return Policy for more information.

 

What if I receive a damaged shipment?

If a product was damaged during shipment, please keep all boxes and packaging materials, and contact Blue Monster Prep immediately. The customer will be responsible for any shipping charges due to shipping damage if they do not report the damage to Blue Monster Prep within 72 business hours. Email customerservice@bluemonsterprep.com and include the order number, a detailed description, and if available, photo(s) of the damage.
