Preparation Instructions:

Cooking Directions for Freeze Dried Vegetables:

1. BOIL. Bring 1 cup water to a boil.
2. STIR. Slowly add contents of pouch into boiling water while stirring.
3. COVER. Turn off heat and cover. Let stand for 12 - 15 minutes or until tender.
   
4. ADD seasoning as needed.
